problem fuction roop faceswap

Hi everyone... wanting to try faceswap, I followed the installation instructions by mounting the visual studio etc, the program opens, I load the target face in the first box, and the target video in the second... except that there are 2 subjects it doesn't give me the choice of face... and if I try to start the swap it generates error r
