Releases: C1710/blobmoji
Emoji 15.1 Beta
Emoji 15
Luckily, as far as I can see, nothing has changed since the pre-release versions of Emoji 15, so the alpha version can be used directly.
The hyacinth emoji is now using the design from Noto Emoji, as is the llama emoji. Both have been color-adjusted.
Note: Due to misconfiguration, the EmojiCompat font did not support Emoji 15. The version downloadable here is updated, but the source version for this tag is not.
Emoji 15 Alpha
This release will be continuously updated - it is by no means final (especially the tables used here, there has not been an official release yet)!
Note: Unicode 15 is not yet finalized, things can still change, there is no real software support yet.
In other news: I confused hyacinth with grape hyacinth. Although it is rather similar especially at emoji size, it will be changed/corrected later.
It appears like it does not work yet in EmojiCompat - Fixed
Emoji 14.0 - Blobmoji 14.0.1

Emoji 13.1
Emoji 13.1 Pre-release
The Windows-version is also not working as a default-replacement for Windows 10 yet, due to its font name (cf. #28)
There have been changes since this pre-release; please wait for the release tomorrow or use the font in the emoji-13-1
branch instead
Emoji 12
Feeling sleepy? Feeling lazy? Feeling... like going to the sea and dive in the water?
Well, now you can express yourself using all emojis from Emoji 12.0!
There is an emoji for yawning, for ballet shoes, for blood, for garlic (both might be interesting for 🧛s), for skunks and much more.
And last, but not least there are new ways to show accessibility and diversity with emojis for mechanical arms and legs, people with probing canes and not only mixed gender couples, but also mixed skin toned couples.
In addition to the new emoji standard, some other changes have been made:
- The Transgender Pride Flag, which although not a part of the official Emoji standard (yet) can already be used in various apps.
- With the Windows 10 May 2019 Update, Microsoft changed the style for the Crazy Face emoji. Since it was introduced here in Blobmoji, the tongue-out version was available as a custom ZWJ-sequence. Now it is the default version.
- There are many more improvements and a lot more emojis in the new standard, so make sure to download the font and try it :D
Emoji 11
From now on, Blobmoji includes all emojis that are available in the Emoji/Unicode® 11.0 Standard!
This includes many popular or simply amazing additions like:
New | Emoji! |
---|---|
Party face | |
Woman with red hair | |
Salt | |
Skateboard |
It does also include some new emojis which are not part of the official Unicode® Standard.
Another addition is an Emoji-Compat font to be used inside your Android apps!
Please note that most additional emojis are actually based on the sample images available on Emojipedia. It might be possible that some emojis available in this font will be changed when/if major vendors choose a different interpretation of the emoji code name.
