Describe the bug
When first trying to run grafana i get connection failure to grafana endpoint

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Attach the template specification.
Attach the scenario specification.
Attach the output log.
Highlight the error

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
