Why are we doing this?

Our container docs haven't been throughly reviewed in a while, and need to be before the LAC pilot ends. This ticket reflects the work to review and update the Ingestion docs in particular.

Action Requested

Review the existing API docs and make any necessary updates.

Acceptance Criteria

Ingestion docs are up-to-date.
