Regarding the second point:

• Remove colliding bunches and peak luminosity from day-by-day notes
• Create a Recorded Luminosity slide with information like below:
  
• then add the peak lumi and number of colliding bunches per fill

Notes:

• the fills are the 4-digit numbers, the run ranges the 6-digit numbers (there are several runs per fill)
• the number of colliding bunches is the last column in the screenshot
