Update configurations for changed input location

The input data in vk83 is being moved from

/g/data/vk83/experiments

to

/g/data/vk83/configurations

Our configurations use /g/data/vk83/experiments which is currently a symlink to /g/data/vk83/configurations, but will be removed in the future.

We need to update all our configurations to use /g/data/vk83/configurations
