Assess and increase Cve-Services system scalability for ADP

Summary

With ADPs, there could be a significant increase in the amount of requests Cve-Services receives. We need to research and fully assess what the current infrastructure can support and prepare it for an increase in requests.

Definition of Done

• Assess general amount of traffic in a given time period
• Performance testing to find where performance is impacted by number of requests
• Research potential ways to improve performance/scalability
