Redo Category

I have been looking at tjhe Categorys. Some are cluttered with stuff you usually don't need, some are having information that do not belong there and some do not have information that justify that justify their naming.

I have gone ahead and taken all the readouts including those added in pull requests #95 and #96 and compiled a list ihat shows where they are, which category they should be in, if they should automatically be drawn into a default readout and if they should be set up for an additional Readout by code.
