This AmForth Splinter

I started this fork to test out the new addition of avra to build the AmForth source tree. I am also playing around with ideas of how to duplicate some of the cool things that were being done on SourceForge for example the building of the book. I did manage to figure out how to bring the wiki content into this repo so it would be version controlled using github actions.

It's a slow go but at the moment everything seems to be stable enough. I should make an extremely early release just for convenience in case anything goes terribly wrong. All of the old releases are done that way so if you have the need for a particular version it should be easy enough to get. It's my understanding they were all created from the old releases directory at the actual AmForth site on SourceForge.

This is not that. This is a personal project and since I was always working in git locally it just made sense to pitch it outward as well.
