Being unable to compile for Windows, here is an humble demand for having the binaries for the 2 or 3 last versions of Postgres.
Postgresonline has an provided some binaries (http://www.postgresonline.com/journal/archives/372-ODBC-FDW-now-supports-9.5-and-9.6.html), but i guess the appropriate place for that is just here. Moreover, some links are broken (the 32-bits ones).
