I've tried multiple catch-all tutorials that I found on Google (these two in particular), but with neither of them I was able to find the pointers for the game's text. Maybe I'm missing something really obvious, but I've given up for now.

A few days ago I was able to find a pointer table for Panel de Pon by comparing the ROMs to two different versions of the English fan-translation.

I feel more confident on finding these myself now.
