Issue summary

Remove all hidden commands from forest-cli once we have decided they are no longer necessary and users had enough time to do the migration.

Sub-tasks:

Remove forest-cli archive info
Remove forest-cli db stats
Remove forest-cli db clean
Remove forest-cli fetch-params
Remove forest-cli snapshot fetch
Remove forest-cli snapshot validate
Remove forest-cli wallet

Notes:

We might want to do this maintenance task in the context of a major release.
