Storage size not updated after file deletion

From user's msg - "One issue I have noticed is that I have used 150mb, but at the bottom left of the screen where it says your overall usage, it says 4 / 20 gb used. I have previously uploaded 4 gigs worth but have since deleted it and removed it all from the bin, so looks to be a bug."

Should we move this issue to the files-api repo rather? It will get forgotten if it stays here I think.

@Tbaut I have confirmed that the values are getting adjusted as expected on the backend, I then tested the Prod site, the issue is the value needs to be fetched after a delete or upload call on UI side.

I deleted a file from bin and the storage amount was only correct after refreshing the page
