The subscription setting page needs to be updated with the new copy, card settings, plan options and links to the invoices page, plan management and plan change screens

This component should be a shell/container for the underlying widgets that the user will interact with:

  • Current Plan widget
  • Next payment widget
  • Credit card widget
  • Billing history link
