To reproduce: Make new account, do not create 3rd method (click "remind me later"). When signed in, set to dark mode. Sign out. Add 3rd method and click "complete".

2. No capitalization needed on methods

4. Lighten background of light mode auth modals

One of those times where figma isn't reality, can we make the background gray[2]?

Currently search dropdown blends in with the background.
