Settle the Superstep semantics

BSP limits scaling so it cannot be the only option.

• Check what happens to the usability and of Circo and its position in the niche if we drop BSP in favor of what is now called Wantless Computation - that is, no global synchronization guarantee, only some local mechanism between connected nodes that "converges".
• Also check how much the neuron connectivity model:

multiple inputs --process-> single output --dispatch-> multiple inputs
