WHO guide value 10 instead of EU 25ug/m3 #19

The WHO guide value beeing 10 ug/m3 for PM2.5, I suggest to change the legend and the colours according to this one:
green to 5
green-yellow till 10
Jellow to orange till 25,
red after 25
