It looks to be removed on my end, and there appears to be a rule targeted at this parameter. However, if it isn't removed, it is probably due to DandelionSprout/adfilt#751
What browser & version of ClearURLs are you using? Are you logged in? I'm using Firefox with ClearURLs 1.26.1 in a test profile, and I am logged in.

You must have a filter add "?vd_source=0" after removing params (I don't know how to realize it in ublock, sorry)

I don't know if that is possible in ClearURLs, and it is impossible in uBo
