python-consul.Service.register has parameter address
which is not used by ianitor

As a result ianitor doesn't work for me during service registration from docker container

Results from consule.agent.services:
dev.db
Address :
Port : 1111
ID : dev.db
Service : virtuoso
Tags : [u'db', u'dev']

address is not defined.

But all right when I enforce default value for address parameter.
