Develop a Contact Page form with confirmation message

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to develop a contact form for the website, also upon successful submission of contact form, user would be sent to a fresh new page on clicking Send button where the message is displayed as "Thank you We received your submission , Return ". Also on clicking to Return button of that fresh new page, user is redirected to home page.

I would like to work on this issue.

Could you please assign this issue to me under LGMSOC.

Hey @hkaur008 can I include social media links of codeflow in gitmarkonics contact page as gitmarkonics project is under codeflow also gitmarkonics doesn't have it's own social media handles or links.
