Add "redfish_storage_controller_status" metrics to all HP servers.
Update code to include responses from iLO6
Ignore CPU metric if state is "Absent"
Ignore "redfish_memory_status" metrics if "Health or Status" is not included in response. (seen in Cisco C225 models).
