Getting from Github page to commonaccord.org page -

The Github repo is mapped to (uses same file system as) the website (website simply pulls from Github repo). Would like for visitors at Github to be able to click and go directly to corresponding page at commonaccord.org. Is there a way to put a (prefixed) copy of the Github filename on each Github page?

E.g. - when visiting:
https://github.com/CommonAccord/Org/blob/master/Doc/HumanDynamics/Rules/DataRules.md

Would be good to be able to go see:
http://www.commonaccord.org/index.php?action=source&file=./HumanDynamics/Rules/DataRules.md
