Jam: Startup

Startup companies have a big need for legal documents in relation to their size and, often, legal sophistication. But they often are technologically very sophisticated, and used to pulling their tools from GitHub. That seems a pretty natural fit.

We'll try to collect here some links to materials for startups. Most of the links will be to the commonaccord.org instantiation, so you can see them working. You will notice a link on those pages that brings you back to corresponding page in the repository.
