The rule says: A UBL invoice should not include the AdditonalDocumentReference ID schemeID unless the ID equals '130'

there is a typo

it should say:
A UBL invoice should not include the AdditonalDocumentReference ID schemeID unless the DocumentTypeCode equals '130'
