The CII rules BG-20 and BG-21 seem to not be tested

According to the EN both for BG-20 and for BG-21 the existance of the ram:ChargeIndicator element is required:

Unfortunately the Schematron rules (up to and incl. v1.3.9) do not have a check, that the ram:ChargeIndicator element exist - they only assume it's existence in nested selectors like ...ram:SpecifiedTradeAllowanceCharge[ram:ChargeIndicator/udt:Indicator=false()]...

So adding an additional check for the existence of the mandatory ram:ChargeIndicator element would be seen beneficial.
