Describe the Bug

Hello as mention it is not possible to make rich soil farmland in a botany pot or hopping botany pot.

I tried it with a normal hoe and it does not work.

Reproduction Steps

1. Get rich soil and a (hopping) botany pot.
2. Place rich soil in (hopping) botany pot
3. right click the (hopping) botany pot

Expected Result

The rich soil should get rich soil farmland
