Futex error on ubuntu, and dpkg error on debian.

I am writing to inform you about the recent issues I have encountered with the dpkg error on my Debian system and the futex error on my Ubuntu system since the latest upgrades.

After upgrading, I have been experiencing dpkg errors on my Debian system while trying to install and upgrade packages. I have received errors such as "dpkg: error processing package" and "subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status". Similarly, on my Ubuntu system, I have been facing crashes and freezes that are related to the futex error.
