I'm running this on a raspberry pi. My plex server is also the raspberry pi. The video is quite jerky when streaming. What are optimized ffmpeg settings to be able to stream properly from a raspberry pi? I've played around with the bit rate and resolution, but it didn't make a difference. Also, ffmpeg is showing a very low fps:

frame= 1106 fps=4.8 q=26.0 size= 7173kB time=00:00:46.26 bitrate=1270.1kbits/s speed=0.201x

I've read that PseudoTV doesn't work well on Raspberry Pi's, so I moved it to a Windows PC with Intel i7 processor. But streaming is still jerky, except with my iPhone it works well.
