As of 22.10, saving a patch with a loaded sample does not save the sample with the patch. Instead, the patch remembers the location of said sample in the disk, and looks for it there when reloading the same patch. If the sample is no longer present there, it will not load.
Would it be possible to implement a toggle-able option to save sample data with the patch itself?
Possible use case: I want to share a multi-sample patch with other users. Rather than sharing the patch along with a bunch of .wav files in a zipped folder, I'd only have to send them the patch file which would already include the samples. It's more convenient.
