Expected behaviour:

"Grant number" field to be translatable, visible in the translation.io website for translation.

Actual behaviour:

"Grant number" field is not translatable.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to My Dashboard
2. Click on any plan's name to open edit view.
3. Navigate to the bottom of the page.
4. The field "Grant Number", (written in gray) language doesn't change when the language has been changed.
