Issue Report

The create pr action can take multiple configurations. These aren't currently exposed in the workflows that update strings and add files. Add to workflow dispatch, and also update with sensible defaults.

Expected behavior

Ability to set commit message, pr title, body etc

Actual behavior

Currently uses defaults.
