Makefile is not thread safe building prep_reads #33

When building with -j4, tophat-2.1.x fails to build with this error

make[2]: *** No rule to make target `../src/libtophat.a', needed by `prep_reads'.  Stop.
make[2]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....

When I build with -j1, the build finishes correctly.
