- If pg connection drops, re-establish at next run (fixes postgres check, Broken pipe, doesn't reestablish connection #1003)
- Pick up per-table size stats (but not per index, fixes Collect more detailed postgres metrics for specified relations #1007)
- Change nature of bgwriter to monotonic counters (instead of simple counters)
