If you have the Agent installed in a non-standard location, i.e. not within the folder listed in PROGRAMFILES environment variable, you'll get the following error in the Event Viewer:

ERROR | No checks.d folder at 'e:\Program Files (x86)\Datadog\Datadog Agent\ddagent.exe\checks.d'.

We should determine the checks.d folder location based on where the ddagent.exe file is located so that you can install in other locations.
