In order to get PR#1598 merged we need to complete the list of tasks mentioned in PR

Issues to be completed:

• find a way to support m1 & intel macs as build target #1616
• add rust toolchain and protobuf compiler to ain documentation. #1618
• update libmc.mk to point at main #1617
• update chain parameters to include lockAddress #1619
• add glue code for ConnectDmcBlock and AddNativeTx #1620
• investigate the errors being thrown by miner.cpp  #1621
• dmc_payload should be written to a CTransaction #1622
• add docs on how to test libain with metachain. #1623
