Abbreviate status in hatyan.ddlpy_to_hatyan()

In this function we convert qualitycode from str to int. DDL (and therefore ddlpy) returns '0' (str), hatyan reads 0 (int) from the diafiles.

In the status column, DDL/ddlpy have long strings (Ongecontroleerd) while hatyan reads the single letter status from the diafiles (O). The latter should be also converted in hatyan.ddlpy_to_hatyan()
