partly covered in CONTIBUTING.md #150 , make homepage more like a product/campaign #85

I think it would make sense to provide How-Tos which are targeted at specific groups where we summarize what they could improve for OSSDesign and what they could gain by doing so.

I thought of Designers, Developers, and Software project managers.
For designers, the manifesto is a great start, we can as well add some infos to prevent common misunderstandings.
For devs I assume that communication and guidelines of how to provide feedback to design would make sense.
For Project Managers (people who oversee development, have some sort of organizing role) it could be how to onboard and support designers, the informations that they need: Pages with design opportunities, using a "design" tag in the issue tracker etc.
