Using phone booths

Unable to use phone booths by pressing E, an example of the message that comes up when near a phone booth.
Also unable to use the police department phone.

This week I had a lot of work, that's why I didn't update the resource, I hope I'll return to development next week if everything goes as planned. So sorry.
