This is an edit to http://elitebarbershop.net/ where I changed the panels to text-cards and created slide-down tabs for the services. I also fixed a bug, where in horizontal mobile view, the logo would appear behind the first few panels at the top of the page. I used HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and PHP.
