Graph 2 shows that according to the Standardized stop data given by Stanford Open Policing Datasets, New Jersey police is more active at morning than afternoon, while Montana police likes to pull over vehicles in the afternoon than others, it may because vehicles in New Jersey were always hurry to work in the morning.

Graph1 shows that according to the Standardized stop data given by Stanford Open Policing Datasets, males are more ofen to be pulled over in both New Jersey and Montana, it may because female are more patient than male.
