Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There is no way to gracefully shutdown the Duet3 MB6HC and it is a concern that something could be corrupted when the power is turned off while the controller is running.

Describe the solution you propose.

Add a shutdown button to the DWC UI.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Ex. A workaround exists but it is tedius, for example...

Provide any additional context or information.

Ex. Photos, mockups, etc.
