Values are not kept when not edited in Preferences #778

When editing values in the preferences menu, previously overwritten values are not kept.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Preferences'
Change the 'Cursor speed' to something very low
Save
Close and reopen Bazecor
Change 'Time before LEDs turn off'
Save

Expected behavior
The very low 'Cursor speed' is kept, as i did not change it.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 11
Bazecor Version: 1.3.11

Additional context
When doing the same without closing Bazecor it works fine.
