Describe the bug
Unable to pair Bluetooth when the number keys are configured as super keys.

To Reproduce
Configure the top row as super keys. Tap is the number (1-0), hold is a function key. (F1-F12)
Try to pair over Bluetooth to a new device. It device prompts for but does not accept the passcode. This behavior has been duplicated across 4 devices (iOS, iPadOS, Windows 11, Windows 10) Removing the super key configuration for the number keys allows me to pair as expected. I am also not able to pair using a number pad layer with these super keys active. It is unknown if the number pad works for pairing when the top row number keys are configured normally.

Expected behavior
I expect to be able to pair the keyboard while the number keys are configured as super keys.
