When merging analysis tables:

CatalogueExport/inst/sql/sql_server/analyses/merge_catalogue_tables.sql

Line 18 in 066b8e7

where count_value > @smallCellCount

And when exporting:

CatalogueExport/inst/sql/sql_server/export/raw/export_raw_catalogue_results.sql

Line 13 in 066b8e7

WHERE count_value > @min_cell_count

This might cause unexpected behaviour is some edge cases.

To be confirmed.
