FAIR-eva current implementation:

• Checks the existance of disciplinar terms [old]
• Check the list of terms in order to make sure they are the correct ones [old]

RDA-R1.1-01M

• Check the presence of a value for license (EPOS API)

RDA-R1.1-02M

• Checks the existence of the license in the SPDX list

RDA-R1.1-03M

• Checks whether the license metadata value is a machine-understandable license, such as RDF, RDF/XML, JSON, .. using https://github.com/spdx/license-list-data
• Check URL is resolvable

• Check the presence of a value (free text is allowed) for the specific metadata element about provenance

• Check that the provenance details contains references to community-specific standards, i.e:

  • ..
    To this end we could look for the presence of URLs that point to provenance information in the formats above
• Validate the provenance file

• Tries to check the url of the schema [old]

• Check that data format (if defined in the metadata) appears in FAIRsharing (?)

• New configuration parameter for the standard that represents the metadta (note that in EPOS case this is 'DCAT' and not 'DCAT-AP', as it appears in FAIRsharing)
