Ansible Docker installation doesn't rotate log files for containers

This is apparently the default behaviour for Docker, but can be configured for the daemon using /etc/docker/daemon.json (the playbook will need to create this file).

Container logs are located at: /var/lib/docker/containers/ID/ID-json.log
