Repositories that implement SOSO guidelines should provide a sitemap.xml file in a reasonable place, and indicate how to find it. Provide guidance how to do this in the Getting started guide, including listing in robots.txt. This can be quick and short, and point to relevant documentation on sitemaps.org and Google, so I will give it a quick pass for review.
