@ValWood PHIPO may prefer to use ecocore classes for classes like pathogen, see
#102

@CuzickA this seems useful

I see PCO too for "populations" these might help where we have been struggling with the logical defs.

I am happy to facilitate the coordination a bit with @jseager7, but could use some examples of terms that should be coordinated and how. Thanks.

@CuzickA @jseager7

These areas may be useful for logical definitions (or extensions):

and population terms like "population of organisms"

@matentzn I don't think there will be too much overlap in content we are describing individual organism (usually cell level) phenotypes . Sometimes the phenotype necessarily needs to be described at the population level, so we could use ecocore to logically define these.

Anything which refers to a lifecycle stage we could use:

plant structure development stage
collective plant organ structure development stage
whole plant development stage
processual entity
life cycle
life cycle stage

I don't know how many examples we have right now (at least where we need to be explicit about the stage to describe the phenotype), but we will have some at some point...

Thanks @ValWood will keep this in mind :)

seems like developmental and life cycle stages are in uberon
