[FEATURE] admin statistics page to show new profiles

• I have checked "open" AND "closed" issues and this is not a duplicate

Is your feature request related to a problem/unavailable functionality? Please describe.

Currently we can filter by various options in the admin profile user list, however it would be beneficial if we could also filter by new profiles and give them some support

Proposed Solution

Add a new button with the filter new profiles, these will show profiles with less than 20 views

I will use the existing filters style and change the search parameters for these results in the file pages/api/admin/profiles.js
