At the moment, this software uses Electron 15. The oldest supported release is v16, after some changes to the code it'll be ready to use v16. Then after that, to v18

Well I'm currently working on the rewritten version of the Electron App Store (with Next.js and Chakra UI). And the current version won't work because of API incompatibility so there's no need to update the Electron version right now. Also the new Electron App Store will come with the latest Electron version.

any update on this it seems there is an exploit going around relating to electron 15 and other versions
